Your Role In Our Future Working alongside Research Physicians, Medical Directors and clinical teams, you will provide expert medical oversight of clinical trial participants, ensuring studies are conducted safely, ethically and in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.As Linear’s global partnerships grow,



there may also be opportunities to engage in sponsor meetings, investigator forums and industry events both locally and internationally, as well as contribute to broader initiatives across commercial, technology and operations that support innovation in clinical trials.Some of your time will be spent;Collaborating with participant recruitment and screening teams to identify suitable participants for clinical trialsConducting medical assessments and clinical reviews to ensure participant safety and wellbeingMaintaining an appropriate understanding of study protocols and study progressSupporting the management, assessment and documentation of adverse events in accordance with protocol and Positive Clinical Practice requirementsWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support quality research outcomesContribute to a culture of participant safety, quality and continuous improvement
About YouClinical trial experience is welcomed but not essential. We recognise that many successful Research Physicians come from hospital, specialist or general practice backgrounds and bring valuable clinical expertise to the research environment.You will be:A medical practitioner with current AHPRA registration who does not require supervisionInterested in applying your clinical expertise in a research settingSeeking a role that offers greater balance while maintaining meaningful clinical contributionA strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with othersCurious, adaptable and open to new ways of workingPassionate about improving health outcomes through researchAt Linear, you'll have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in an environment that values collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
