Senior Estimator | Nerang, QLD Location: 832 Southport Nerang Road, Nerang Rate: $68.90 per hour Contract: 27 July 2026 to 29 January 2027

️ What You'll Be Doing
Lead and support a team of Estimators and support staff to achieve successful project outcomes.Manage estimating programs and projects, particularly those that are medium to high-risk, significant, or complex.Prepare high-quality cost estimates and quotation documentation for building projects.Ensure compliance with procurement policies, tendering requirements, contract methods, and client expectations.Contribute to continuous improvement through research and development of estimating, budgeting, planning, and procurement practices.Monitor and report on project performance, including costs, margins, acceptance rates, productivity,



and program delivery.Build and maintain robust client relationships through skilled communication and sound negotiation skills.Foster a positive, protected, and productive workplace culture while managing team performance and development.
✅ What We're Looking ForProven experience compiling and managing complex estimating projects within a building construction and maintenance workplace.Robust knowledge of building construction legislation, regulatory requirements, contract procedures, and industry best practices.Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Current Driver's Licence.⭐ Highly Regarded
