Job Description

Deliver excellent customer service to major accounts in branch, by phone, and via email, building and maintaining strong long-term relationshipsSupport sales activity on key projects and major accounts, identifying new leads and growth opportunities within the lighting and electrical sectorsManage major account orders and projects, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and comprehensive project documentationMaintain current product knowledge specific to lighting and electrical solutions, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teamsSupport day-to-day branch operations including internal sales and project-based workCoordinate with colleagues on project timelines and deliverables,



ensuring seamless execution of major account initiativesWork collaboratively across teams to support branch growth and enhance operational efficiency on all accounts and projects

Qualifications

Robust customer service focus and good communication skillsExperience in the lighting or electrical wholesale industriesBasic numeracy and attention to detailTeam player with a proactive, solution-oriented approachPrevious retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus
