About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic leadership and play a critical role in optimising business performance, driving efficiency and ensuring SwanCare has the people, systems, governance frameworks and resources required to achieve its mission of delivering high quality care and services, ensuring long term sustainability and growth. Your portfolio of corporate services will include finance, IT, property and procurement, commercial hospitality, legal and insurance, business analysis and contractor management.

Working closely with the CEO and ELT, you will drive innovation, risk management, and commercial opportunities that enhance SwanCare’s operational resilience. This role is instrumental in leveraging technology, data, and financial insights to make informed business decisions, improve service delivery,



and position SwanCare as a leader in the aged care and retirement living sector.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.

- Post graduate qualifications (MBA, CPA, CA, GAICD or equivalent) will be highly regarded.

- Significant executive leadership experience within a complex environment.

- Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting and strategic planning, ensuring strong fiscal oversight and long term sustainability.

- Proven success leading multiple corporate service functions.

- Experience in presenting complex financial and business information to internal and external stakeholders, including Boards and Executive teams.

- Robust commercial acumen.

- Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
