About the role

We are seeking Experienced Brick Pavers to join Safety Tactile Pave in Wangara, WA. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for laying bricks, pavers and other materials to create durable, aesthetically pleasing surfaces for both commercial and residential projects.

As an experienced brick paver, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship that meets our clients' expectations and contributes to the reputation of Safety Tactile Pave as a trusted leader in the building trades industry.

Our work primarily consists of maintenance projects across train stations, universities, schools, and local councils, as well as contributing to larger construction projects. We also manufacture and install our own tactile indicators in-house, along with handrails and a range of other accessibility and hardscape solutions. The variety of projects means no two days are the same, making the work both interesting and rewarding. The role requires attention to detail and quality workmanship rather than being solely focused on physically demanding labour.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a brick paver with a strong portfolio of completed projects

1. Thorough knowledge of paving materials, techniques and industry best practices

2. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools and paving equipment

3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical drawings

4. Solid attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

5. Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team





7. Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to job sites

8. Relevant certifications or qualifications in building trades (preferred)

9. A strong safety record and commitment to workplace health and safety compliance
