About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Property Manager or Property Officer to join our team in the Lower Blue Mountains.

Property management is a busy and varied role that requires robust organisation, sound judgement and genuine care for clients. You will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities while working alongside an experienced team that values communication, teamwork and a high standard of service.

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day requirements of a residential property portfolio

- Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with landlords and tenants

- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors through to completion

- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections

- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, vacates and tenancy administration

- Provide accurate information and practical solutions in line with NSW tenancy legislation

- Assist with NCAT matters where required

- Work closely with the wider team and follow agency procedures

About You:

- Previous residential property management experience

- A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence or higher

- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant NSW legislation

- Strong communication,

- An empathetic, professional and solutions-focused approach

- Confidence making decisions, resolving problems and managing competing priorities

- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to the team

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
