Our teams deliver thousands of building maintenance, repairs and construction projects each year across Perth's commercial buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centres, schools, hospitals and government sites, plus more. Every successful project begins behind the scenes, where our Operations team works together to coordinate people, resources and exceptional service for our clients.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to join our Finance team.

Join Our Team

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

No two days are quite the same. One day you might be following up customer payments, processing supplier invoices and reconciling accounts. The next you could be assisting with payroll, helping resolve Purchase Order queries with our Scheduling Team or supporting month-end financial processing.

Working closely with our Accounts & Administration Manager,



you'll become an important part of a close-knit team supporting every area of the business, from our field technicians and schedulers through to suppliers and clients.

You'll enjoy the variety of:

- Preparing and issuing client invoices.

- Processing supplier invoices and matching Purchase Orders.

- Completing daily, weekly and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing payment runs.

- Managing debtor accounts and professionally following up outstanding invoices.

- Managing the Accounts inbox and responding to client and supplier enquiries.

- Working closely with our operational teams to resolve finance-related queries.

About You

Experience certainly matters, but so does the way you approach your work.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of their work and has exceptional attention to detail. You're naturally organised, reliable and enjoy seeing tasks through to completion.

You will bring:

- Previous 3+ years' experience in an Accounts, Finance Administration or Bookkeeping role.

- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Confidence communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

- The ability to prioritise work while meeting competing deadlines.

- A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team.





Experience with AroFlo or another job management system would be advantageous, but is not essential.
