About the Role:Red Arrow Australia is looking for a driven Business Development Advisor to join our recruitment team in Perth. This is a client-facing, sales-focused role for someone who knows the recruitment industry inside and out and thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and growing existing accounts within the white-collar sector.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our recruitment services to prospective clients, and nurturing long-term partnerships that keep candidates and clients coming back.
What You'll Be Doing:Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across white collar sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders,



and key decision-makersManage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and pitching through to contract negotiation and account onboardingGrow and retain existing client accounts through excellent service delivery and regular engagementStay across market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring activity to provide clients with genuine strategic adviceCollaborate closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure client expectations are metConsistently meet and exceed new business and revenue targetsRepresenting the business at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
What We're Looking For:Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, ideally in white collar/professional services A strong track record of winning recent clients and growing revenueConfident, consultative sales approach you can build trust and credibility quicklyExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, resilient, and target-drivenSound understanding of the employment marketA genuine passion for connecting businesses with great talent
