THE ROLE

We’re looking for managers who are prepared to take ownership, lead by example, keep their cool when it’s busy, and always put the guest experience at the heart of every decision. Managers who are confident, positive, and bring ideas to the table - not just someone who keeps the lights on.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in venue, bar or floor managementGreat communication and the ability to think on your feetConfident, opinionated, and full of ideasA natural leader who people actually want to work forHigh standards across service, presentation,



and operationsRSA certification and a working knowledge of ACT liquor licensing
