Hawthornes Meats, located in Woonona, NSW (located only 9 kms from the heart of Wollongong CBD), is a thriving local butcher shop known for our quality meat and exceptional service. Working with the finest quality locally sourced produce, we have a commitment to excellence and we pride ourselves on delivering the finest meats and outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform all aspects of butchering, including breaking carcass meat, value adding, sausage making, and preparing meat according to specifications

- Attention to detail in all cutting aspects a must.

- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with selections and offering expert advice on cuts and cooking methods

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

- Uphold high standards in presentation and hygiene

Requirements:

- Proven experience in butchering and meat retailing

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner





- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace, both individually, and as a team

- Clean, tidy, and presentable appearance

- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic

- Must be available to work days from Monday - Saturdays
