Mobile Attendant Care Service (MACS) is excited to be expanding to the Gold Coast, and we're looking for four passionate Mobile Care Workers to join our foundation team.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new service with a well-respected, registered NDIS provider that has been delivering innovative overnight support across Brisbane for more than 30 years.

About the Role

Our flexible Drop-In Support Team will operate between 6.00pm and 6.00am, providing planned and responsive support to people with physical disability in their own homes.

You'll travel between clients in a MACS vehicle, delivering short support visits ranging from 5 minutes to 1 hour.

Your shift may include:

- Personal care and hygiene

- Transfers and hoisting

- Dressing and repositioning

- Medication assistance

- Assistance with eating and drinking

- Wellbeing and safety checks

- Responding to unplanned support requests

- Many other tasks that help people remain safe, independent and comfortable at home

This is an active, varied role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working independently while making a genuine difference in people's lives.

Shifts

Typical shifts include:

- 6.00pm – 12.00am





- 10.00pm – 6.00am

As we're launching our Gold Coast service, shift patterns and duties may evolve as we grow.

About You

We're looking for people who genuinely care about delivering high-quality support and who share our core values of being Reliable, Flexible and Responsive.

You'll also have:

- Experience supporting people with disabilities, including use of lifting equipment.

- A current Driver Licence

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

- Confidence working independently and making sound decisions
