Aftercare Sales Consultant

Carwow WA is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Aftercare Sales Consultant to join our team.

As our Aftercare Sales Consultant, you'll work closely with customers after they've purchased their vehicle, helping them choose the right protection products and accessories to enhance their ownership experience and protect their investment.

About the Role

Working alongside our Sales, Finance and Vehicle Delivery teams, you'll guide customers through our range of aftercare products and services, including:

- Extended warranties

- Paint protection

- Interior protection

- Window tinting

- Dash cameras

- Ceramic coating

- Accessories

- Other value-added protection products

Your goal is to ensure every customer leaves Carwow WA feeling confident they've made the right choice—not just in their vehicle, but in protecting it for years to come.

Key Responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with customers through a professional and consultative sales approach.

- Understand each customer's needs and recommend suitable aftercare products.

- Clearly explain the features and advantages of our products and services.

- Achieve individual sales and product penetration targets.

- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

- Work closely with the Sales, Finance and Vehicle Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover process.





- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to delivery.

- About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in automotive aftercare sales.

- Strong sales and communication skills.

- A customer-first mindset.

- Confidence handling objections and closing sales.

- High motivation with a results-driven attitude.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of customers.
