We're recruiting multiple Perth-based workshop roles with a global underground OEM, supporting equipment across WA operations.

The Opportunity

- $60-$70ph + super + plenty of overtime
- 5:2 roster | Monday-Friday | 5:00am - 3:00pm
- 6-month casual contract with strong potential to go permanent
- Be home every night - no FIFO, no camp life
- Up-to-date Perth-based OEM workshop
- Work on underground & surface drills plus heavy mobile plant - new builds, rebuilds & component change-outs
- OEM training & development with genuine progression

The Role

You'll be responsible for the assembly, pre-delivery, and commissioning of Underground & Surface drill rigs and load & haul equipment before they head out to site.

Day-to-day, you'll be involved in:

- Pre-delivery assembly and fit-out of new underground drills and load & haul machines
- Machine rebuilds and component change-outs
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fitment to OEM specifications
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and rectification during build and testing
- Commissioning, testing,



and quality checks to ensure equipment is site-ready
- Working closely with technical teams to meet OEM and client standards

What You'll Need

- Mechanical trade qualification or relevant workshop experience - entry-level, experienced and dual-trade backgrounds all considered
- Exposure to mobile plant, underground equipment or heavy vehicles highly regarded
- Strong mechanical aptitude and pride in producing high-quality, compliant work
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A;
