About the Role

We are seeking male or female disability support workers for SIL homes in Perth South areas from Karnup, Lakelands, Mandurah and sorrounds to join our team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate, high‑quality care to a diverse group with disabilities, supporting them to live independently and engage with the local community. This will be a casual position with shifts available now.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in

Intellectual disabilities

Personal Hygiene

Behavioural challenges

Experience with high care needs

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage your team in the home

- Coordinate with the stakeholders for day to day activities

- Liaison with the Lifestyle Manager

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks

- Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote client wellbeing and community inclusion

- Advocate for client rights and ensure their needs are met with dignity and respect

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

- Collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and implement client-centred support plans

- Provide a safe and secure environment for clients

What We're Looking For





- A Certificate III in Individual Support or an equivalent qualification in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services

- Demonstrated experience providing person-centred support to individuals with disabilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others

- A current First Aid certificate and a valid driver's licence

- A strong commitment to upholding the values of LivEasy Care' and promoting client independence and inclusion
