Role Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

Location: Canberra, ACT

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30-5:00pm permanent full time role

About The Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll support injured workers throughout their recovery journey, helping them achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Conduct workplace assessments to identify barriers and develop tailored return-to-work plansBuild robust relationships with clients, employers, insurers and medical professionals to drive positive outcomesDeliver workplace interventions and suitable duties programs that support recovery and successful return-to-work outcomesMonitor client progress, provide recommendations and prepare high-quality reports to support sustainable recovery outcomes

The requirements:

Tertiary Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology Registered with ASORC, AASW or AHPRAFull Australian working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence
