Are you a Senior Mining Engineer looking for the next step in your career?

We are seeking a Senior Mining Engineer with underground experience, to join our Northern Operations on an 8/6 FIFO roster.

You will play a critical role in leading the mining engineering team to safely execute the mine plan (design, scheduling, and infrastructure). Leveraging your expertise in drill & blast design and stope design, you will drive secure, efficient, and cost-effective production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage infrastructure projects through planning and execution phasesMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly compliance to plan and implement short-term interval control measuresImplement and monitor mine ventilation strategies in line with WHS (Mining) Regulations 2022, including conducting and communicating ventilation surveysConduct underground inspections and QA/QC to ensure mining activities align with the mine plan and are carried out safelyOversee the development and communication of fortnightly mine plans aligned with quarterly plansAssist the Senior Mine Planning Engineer with planning outputs as requiredSupport the Mining Manager/Alternate with operational, technical, and statutory responsibilities

About You

Advanced proficiency in mining software (Deswik CAD,



Deswik UGDB, Ventsim) and Microsoft OfficeProven experience in drill & blast design, including ring design, firing strategies, and optimisationStrong capability in stope design, sequencing, and optimisation to maximise recovery and minimise dilutionBachelor of Mining Engineering (or equivalent)Current, unrestricted Western Australian "C" Class Driver's LicenceFirst Class Mine Manager's Certificate (or actively working towards it)
