Role: Dispatch Coordinator
Location: North Fremantle, WA
$53 per hour | 12 Month Contract | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced WA Dispatch Coordinator to join a well-established global organisation based in North Fremantle. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in coordinating dispatch operations, supporting customers and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.

About the Role

Working within a busy Dispatch and Fulfilment team, you will coordinate transport, warehouse and customer activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate dispatch activities with transport providers, warehouses and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer enquiries, delivery exceptions, returns and urgent transport requests.
- Monitor deliveries, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers and warehouse teams.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- At least 3 years' experience in customer service, dispatch, warehousing or a similar coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Solid computer skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- A reliable, proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP will be highly regarded but is not essential.
