We are looking for experienced and dealer trained Motor Mechanics and Auto Electricians with European and Japanese made vehicles (light & heavy) and 4WDs experience for our clients in the Hunter Region including Singleton, Cessnock, Muswellbrook & Newcastle, NSW.

In this role you will be required to:

- Servicing and tuning of vehicles (as per factory required standards)
- Diagnostic tracing of fault codes and repair of traced fault
- Dismantling of engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other component for rebuilding or repair.
- Realigning and adjusting brakes, wheel laser alignment
- Attending to general vehicle maintenance and repairs as requested by customers, including removal and replacement of worn components
- Auto electricians must be able to install, maintain, identify faults and repair electrical wiring and computer-based equipment in motor vehicles and related equipment, such as caravans and trailers.
- Testing of vehicle under driving conditions after repairs have been completed.





The successful applicants must have:

- A current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
- At least 1-Year of relevant employment experience is required
- Knowledge and experience in servicing and maintenance of European and Japanese made vehicles as well as other vehicles (Including 4WDs)
- Good diagnostic skills on specific brands
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Positive organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Manufacturer training and experience is essential
