About the Role

As a casual team member, you'll support our clients by filling planned and last-minute shifts across a variety of healthcare and hospitality environments.

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, can adapt quickly to different workplaces, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Essential Requirements
Chefs & Cooks

- Commercial kitchen experience

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate





- Experience in aged care or healthcare kitchens highly regarded

- Ability to prepare texture modified diets and follow dietary requirements (desirable)

Food Service Assistants

- Food Handling Certificate

- Experience in aged care, healthcare or hospitality preferred

Personal Care Workers

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or Ageing & Disability)

- Previous aged care experience preferred

Nurses

- Current AHPRA Registration

- Previous aged care experience preferred

Cleaners

- Commercial or healthcare cleaning experience preferred

All Applicants Must Have

- Current Police Check

- Current Influenza Vaccination

- COVID-19 Vaccination (where required by client)

- Working rights in Australia

- Excellent communication skills

- Professional presentation

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work independently and within a team

- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
