As a Club Sofitel Attendant, you will create memorable luxury experiences by delivering personalised, intuitive service to our valued guests. Acting as their dedicated point of contact throughout their stay, you will ensure every interaction reflects the warmth, sophistication, and exceptional service synonymous with the Sofitel brand.

With a polished and qualified approach, you will seamlessly combine Front Office and Food & Beverage responsibilities, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations at every opportunity.

To succeed in this highly sought-after role, you will possess exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and previous experience within a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services,



and current promotions to confidently assist guests.
- Deliver warm, personalised, and efficient service, responding promptly to guest requests while consistently exceeding expectations.
- Prepare and serve premium food and beverage offerings in accordance with Sofitel's luxury service standards.
- Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance and adhere to all relevant Victorian legislation.
- Monitor and maintain Club Sofitel food and beverage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet current and anticipated occupancy requirements.
- Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.
- Update guest profiles, manage guest accounts, and ensure all charges are accurately posted throughout the guest journey.
