About the role

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of 15 blue-chip properties in VIC, NSW and QLD. Your role involves ensuring high standards in property management, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You will be supported by the Head of Property, plus administration assistant, accounts, legal and facilities management.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with tenants, clients, and contractors.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet compliance and quality standards.
- Oversee lease administration, including renewals and data management.
- Manage budgets and assist with financial and operational performance reporting.
- Attend property inspections, with occasional travel required​.




- Liaise maintenance requests to Facility Managers.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in property management, ideally with retail exposure.
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Confidence in resolving disputes and building positive stakeholder relationships.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and property management systems​.
