Key Responsibilities

As an HSE Co-ordinator , you will:

- Provide hands‑on HSE guidance and coaching across sites/operations

- Build strong working relationships with frontline teams and leaders

- Support hazard identification, risk assessments and safe work planning

- Lead incident investigations and drive meaningful corrective actions

- Assist with audits, inspections and legislative compliance

- Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes

- Promote a positive, proactive safety culture—not a policing approach

What We're Looking For

You are a capable,



approachable safety professional with strong communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with unrestricted work rights.

Essential:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS (or equivalent)

- Solid experience in a field‑based HSE Co-ordinator role

- Minimum 1-2 years of field-based HSE Co-ordinator experience is required

- Practical knowledge of Australian WHS legislation

- Strong risk assessment and incident investigation skills

- Ability to engage and influence operational teams

Desirable:

- Experience in workshop and manufacturing environments

- Lead Auditor or ICAM qualification

- AIHS membership or working towards it
