Store Manager – Parap

We’re looking for a driven, people‑focused Store Manager to lead our Parap store and take it to the next level. This isn’t just retail, it’s an prospect to build a thriving hub for sports supplements, education, and performance‑driven lifestyles.

You’ll lead from the front, build local partnerships, run events, and shape the store’s reputation as the go‑to destination for the fitness community.

**Roster includes one weekend day per week as part of a Tuesday to Saturday roster.**

The Role

You’ll drive all aspects of store performance, from team leadership and customer experience to community engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead daily operations to a high standard

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Recruit, train, and motivate a high‑performing team

- Drive sales, hit KPIs, and execute growth strategies

- Build partnerships with local gyms and fitness networks

- Plan and run promotions, events, and educational sessions

- Manage inventory, systems, and store compliance

About You

- Passionate about health, fitness, and supplements

- Demonstrated experience in retail sales

- Retail Management experience preferrable

- Strong sales mindset with a track record of hitting targets

- Confident communicator and natural leader

- Driven, proactive, and eager to grow
