PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLUMBER REQUIRED (PERTH METRO AREA)

- $110,000 – $140,000 annual package

- Overtime opportunities

- Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

- Full-time permanent role on our long-term contracts

What you'll be doing as our PPM Plumber:

In this role, you will conduct planned preventative & reactive maintenance activities, based full time at Perth Children's Hospital, including:

- Reactive maintenance plumbing





- Asset testing and repairs

- General Plumbing

What you'll bring to our team:

- Previous commercial PPM plumbing experience (preferable)

- Previous experience using IT systems to test and update assets including completing checklists, reports and attaching photos (Simpro advantageous)

- WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence

- WA Gas Permit (advantageous)

- WA Driver’s Licence

- White Card
