About the Role:

Located in our well equipped Bibra Lake workshop (with branches in Manjimup and Broome), this role involves a variety of tasks. You will be an integral part of our team, having real input in the day-to-day operations in the workshop and managing your own workload.

This is a hands-on position, where you will help coordinate daily fabrication tasks, support other workshop staff, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

As a Boilermaker at Flow Water Services, you will:

- Learn and apply skills to fabricate metal products from blueprints and specifications.

- Use a variety of tools and equipment such as welders, grinders, and other metalworking machinery.

- Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.

- Handle cutting, shaping, joining, welding, grinding, and polishing of metal parts.





- Maintain a commitment to safety and high-quality standards

- Take ownership of fabrication work and contribute to maintaining the high standards Flow Water Services is known for.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Physically fit and able to handle the physical aspects of the job.

- Certificate 3 in Engineering (Boilermaking/Welding)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Robust problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

- Australian residency or citizenship.

- A valid Australian Driver's Licence

- Minimum 4+ years of boilermaker/fabrication experience required.

- Advanced level pipe welding experience required.

- Experience in stainless (TIG) welding

- Advanced level stainless steel TIG welding experience required.
