We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Relations Assistant to join our Adelaide-based Customer Service Team.

The Role

- You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and point of contact experience to our customers and internal stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain client relationships and key partnerships with electrical wholesalers, contractors and our national external sales team.

- Process sales orders, credits, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.

- Manage accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms.

- Monitor inboxes and assist with technical queries and support.

- Embrace our company culture and collaborate with our Customer Relations Team to produce customer-centric results.

About You

- Confident communicator with a positive phone manner.





- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

- Robust attention to detail and experience in data entry.

- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities with our partners & sales team.

- Tech-savvy – experience with Microsoft Office and Dynamics software systems is a bonus.

- Previous customer service or admin experience preferred.

- Knowledge of electrical products is a plus, but not essential.
