About the role

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Field Service Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and overseeing operational performance across the region. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of operational activities.

What you will be doing

- Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.

- Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Operations Management – Oversee daily field service activities to ensure efficient delivery.

- Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and support our WA team.

- Strategic Planning – Develop initiatives that improve performance and profitability.

- Performance Monitoring – Track operational and financial metrics and drive improvements.

- Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures.





- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

- Technical & Commercial Support – Provide operational expertise and support business outcomes.

About you

- Proven success in business development and customer relationship/contract management.

- Previous experience in a supervisory position with track record of leading maintenance teams to success.

- Demonstrated high regard for safety, quality and continuous improvement.

- Mentor, guide and support our team of tradespersons and office staff.

- Experience with gas engines and compressors highly regarded.

- Excellent communication and planning skills.

- Experience fostering a positive safety culture.

- Proven technical background in oil and gas industry.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, with a commitment to outstanding service.
