We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English and Humanities Teacher to join our secondary teaching team full-time from 15 January 2027. Relocation assistance is available.

About the Role

As our English and Humanities Teacher, you will:

- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in English and Humanities across secondary year levels
- Foster a love of literature, critical thinking, and transparent communication in students
- Integrate a Christian worldview and biblical values into curriculum planning and classroom culture
- Support students’ pastoral care and wellbeing
- Contribute to co-curricular life through clubs, camps, and school events
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators committed to whole-person education

About You

You will have:

1. A relevant teaching qualification and current (or eligible) Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration (or the ability to obtain).
2.



Demonstrated experience or strong capability teaching English and/or Humanities at a Secondary level.
3. A genuine, living Christian faith and the ability to articulate and model this in a school setting.
4. Excellent classroom management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
5. A collaborative, flexible, and mission-minded approach to teaching.
6. Be legally permitted to work in Australia.
