About the role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales, developing people and ensuring the store looks its absolute best. You'll lead from the front, coach by example and create a culture where both customers and your team love coming to store.

Working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, you'll enjoy consistency while being rewarded for your results through an attractive bonus structure.

What you will do

* Inspire and lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and KPI targets
* Deliver exceptional styling advice and create memorable customer experiences
* Coach and develop team members to maximise performance and confidence
* Drive conversion, ATV, UPT and other key performance metrics
* Recruit, train and retain top retail talent
* Oversee visual merchandising and ensure impeccable store presentation
* Manage rosters, wages, stock and day-to-day store operations
* Build a positive,

* Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience
* A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer service
* Proven ability to drive sales and exceed KPIs
