Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a permanent full-time opportunity with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.

This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring strong performance across the section. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team within a store/warehouse workplace,



ensuring operational targets are met and standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Training, supervising, and supporting a team of 10+ employees
- Monitoring daily section output and productivity
- Maintaining accurate workplace and operational records
- Supervising section performance and reporting on outcomes
- Conducting workplace assessments and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards
- Supporting continuous improvement across processes and team performance

Requirements

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (warehouse, logistics, or similar environment)
- Strong ability to manage and lead operational teams
- High attention to detail with strong record-keeping skills
- Ability to monitor performance and drive productivity outcomes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Full Australian working rights
