Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other support staff.
- Document client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health to the appropriate professionals.




- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in disability support.
- Evening and Overnight Active Shifts Available

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in disability support.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
