Tradelink Port Lincoln is seeking the expertise of a talented Profit Centre Manager to enhance its strategic position in the plumbing wholesale market. We are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional people skills and a genuine talent for hands-on leadership to play a key role in shaping the company's trajectory. You'll lead a small team, strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable business growth.

Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the operations, overall sales, and profitability of the business.

You will:

- Lead, train and develop your team to achieve measurable results.
- Drive sales and build valued and successful working relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations across trade, warehouse and deliveries.
- Oversee inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
- Take ownership of branch performance including P&L; and budgets.
- Effectively manage all systems and procedures to control performance of the branch to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and build the business.

About you:

- Proven success in branch management, business management or leading a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential).




- A commercially minded leader with a strong sales focus
- Confident building relationships and earning the trust of both customers and an experienced team.
- Motivated by accountability, growth and achieving results.
- You have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
