About the role
$36.23 base rate + Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.

Key responsibilities
Provide personal care that supports residents’ daily living, dignity and wellbeing
Build positive, meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Support residents with meals, mobility, hygiene and social engagement
Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver protected, high-quality care
Contribute to a warm, respectful and supportive care community
Follow workplace health, safety, clinical and compliance requirements
About you
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
Nursing student
A caring approach, strong communication skills and commitment to resident wellbeing
Reliability and availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays where required
Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check, NDIS Worker’s Clearance and pre-employment medical
