Job Description

Join us as a Senior Façade Consultant in our Melbourne Facades and Sustainability team! You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality façade consulting services, including design, detailing, engineering, documentation, specification, project administration and construction & site quality assurance oversight activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile and challenging projects across a diverse range of project sectors. You will be part of a supportive and team-oriented team environment with the opportunity to work with and lead more junior staff and receive mentoring from experienced colleagues.

You will also be responsible for:

- Delivering and overseeing façade design services, including concept development, detailed design, documentation, research and analysis,



specifications and construction phase support
- Management of complex projects to ensure the efficient, profitable and high‑quality delivery, including technical strategy, resourcing, risk management, fee support and internal & external coordination
- Financial management of projects via project budgeting, cost control, invoicing oversight, debtor follow‑up and review of financial performance
- Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities by supporting proposals, presentations as required
- Mentor junior engineers and consultants to foster a collaborative, safe, supportive and high‑performing team culture
