Working within the Line 2 Risk Office, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance financial risk management practices, support critical decision making, and help shape a solid and sustainable future for TAL. In This Role You Will:

- Provide trusted risk and compliance guidance to strengthen the management of financial risks across the business




- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of TAL’s Risk Appetite Statement
- Collaborate with Capital teams to support and evolve TAL’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) framework
- Lead the coordination and delivery of stress testing scenarios that strengthen business resilience
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships to embed risk awareness and promote effective risk management practices
- Deliver risk expertise and strategic advice to projects across TAL’s financial risk portfolio
