Austcorp Executive are partnering with a company that specialises in the service, repair and distribution of heavy transport equipment (trucks and trailers) for the haulage and mining industries in Western Australia to help them recruit a Workshop Supervisor for their Perth workshop.

As the Workshop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Supervise and direct your team to efficiently deliver high quality workmanship and customer service excellence.
- Manage workflow including inspection of completed works, quality and control of repair specification, reviewing job cards, and conducting toolbox meetings.
- Lead by example in ensuring HSE, Quality, and Environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Train and nurture apprentices to carry out tasks safely whilst achieving efficient and productive results.
- Pre-plan workflow and deploy a daily prioritised work schedule to your service team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the parts department to ensure internal processes are seamless.




- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and positive word of mouth.

A little bit about you:

- Trade qualified with proven experience in Truck and Trailer Repairs
- Experience at a Supervisory / Leading Hand
- Automotive Trade Cert (Mechanic, HD, Repairers Certificate)
- Experience with Air brake systems / EBS, Electrical and Hydraulic Diagnosis, and Chassis Alignment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
