Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring our property is presented to the highest standard of cleanliness, organisation, and guest readiness. You will support the Executive Housekeeper with a focus on achieving high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms, public areas, back of house areas and supporting in guiding the housekeeping team.

your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Assist in the daily checking of designated team member areas to maintain standards.
- Inspect public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping team members to ensure consistency and productivity.
- Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure the effective use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, hygiene procedures, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
