Our sophisticated Cuvee Lounge Bar, located in the heart of Brisbane City, is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartenders to join our team. What you will be doing:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner,



providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash and credit card transactions using our POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and effective food service
- Monitor and maintain bar inventory, placing orders for supplies as needed
- Assist in creating new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink specials
- Ensure adherence to responsible alcohol service practices and local regulations.
