We are currently recruiting for Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Commis Chef positions across both properties.

About the Roles

Depending on your level and experience, you will:

- Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards
- Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation
- Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members (Sous Chef and Chef de Partie positions)
- Support stock control and help maintain effective kitchen operations
