We are looking for a high-energy Store Manager who loves being on the floor, building customer confidence and closing the sale.

This is a role for a commercially driven leader who knows how to create momentum, inspire a team and turn every customer interaction into an exceptional experience. You will lead from the front, stay close to the numbers and build a strong sales culture where the team feels motivated, supported and ready to perform.

About the role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's sales performance, customer experience and team development.

You will be highly visible on the floor, connecting with customers, understanding their needs, overcoming objections and confidently asking for the sale.

You will also:

* Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve and exceed targets
* Drive conversion, average sale and units per transaction
* Create a positive, energetic and performance-focused environment
* Build customer confidence through genuine, personalised service
* Use daily results and KPIs to identify opportunities and lift performance
* Maintain high standards across visual merchandising and store presentation
* Recruit, develop and retain a strong and engaged team
* Manage rosters,



stock and daily operations without losing focus on sales

About you

You are an energetic retail leader who genuinely loves selling.

You enjoy working alongside your team, celebrating wins and helping people improve. You understand that great leadership is about being present, setting the pace and demonstrating what exceptional service looks like.

You will bring:

* A proven ability to close sales and exceed targets

* Experience within fashion, lingerie, swimwear, activewear or consultative retail
