Their clinicians work collaboratively across a range of settings, including their Bonnyrigg clinic, clients' homes, schools, early learning centres, the community, and via telehealth.
The organisation supports a diverse client base with presentations including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, acquired neurological conditions, communication difficulties, and complex behavioural needs.

About the role:
We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our client's growing multidisciplinary team. This is a flexible opportunity suitable for Junior, Senior, or experienced clinicians, with full-time and part-time arrangements available depending on your availability and experience.
You will work with a diverse paediatric and adult caseload, providing assessment, intervention,
and ongoing clinical support across a range of communication and swallowing needs. Your caseload may include clients presenting with:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- ADHD
- Developmental delays
- Speech and language difficulties
- Acquired neurological conditions
- Feeding and swallowing difficulties
- Complex behavioural needs
- Other communication and functional support needs
Services are delivered across a range of settings, giving you the flexibility to structure your working week around your clients and preferred way of working.
You will work closely with clients, families, educators, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to develop practical, individualised therapy plans and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with children and/or adults across a range of communication, feeding, and swallowing presentations is highly regarded.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred for community-based work).
- Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
