What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care
- Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs
- Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
- Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
- Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting
- MUST be available to work 2-3 shifts between Monday-Friday
- Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
- Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation
- Availability to work wide-ranging shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends)
- Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
