We carefully match support workers based on client’s needs and personality to ensure robust, respectful relationships. This creates consistency, trust, and a sense of belonging, not just service delivery. We are looking for multiple experienced and skilled Disabled Carers to join our experienced team.

Number of Positions - Multiple

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering tailored care and assistance to our participants, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and daily living activities.
2. Assistance in personal care - showering, dressing, hygiene
3.



Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
4. Supporting and assisting clients with their mobility
5. Supporting and assistance in domestic routines like food preparation and cleaning
6. Developing relationships with participants and families to provide emotional support
7. Excellent communication skills to promote social skills
8. Committed, compassionate and eager to always support
9. Providing safe surroundings and assistance with medication
10. Monitoring participant progress and reporting any changes or concerns as necessary.
11. Keeping precise records and documentation in compliance with NDIS and organizational standards.
