This role will see you coordinate mine planning activities and be accountable for delivery of Business Plan and Monthly Operating Plan mine planning inputs. A high level of strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in your success in this role.

Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, this key role will see you:

- Deliver best practice mining engineering services and support to the mine, supporting Zero Harm by ensuring compliance with all safety systems and legislation
- Plan and coordinate mine planning (weekly, short-range, Monthly, 5 yearly and business planning) and production review meetings
- Monitor,



analyse and report mine on performance and manage projects.
- Contribute to the effective management of ventilation, gas management, mine planning, and technical projects
- Support designated process coordinators and interact effectively with the Operations team
- Identify mine site productivity and process improvement programs, and more generally to find and raise improvement ideas in areas such as safety, production, cost and efficiency
- Lead the permit to mine process to ensure all technical aspects are addressed to maintain continuity to production
- Consistently apply Safety & Health principles in all site interactions and take full ownership for safety on site
