Our venues include Omnia Bistro, Yūgen Dining, Portside, and The Grand Room.

The Role
You own the customer experience at the counter, from the first hello to the last thank you.

- Deliver friendly,



personalised service and share product knowledge with confidence
- Replenish and rotate stock, keeping the store beautifully presented
- Support daily open and close, maintaining food safety standards throughout
- Work alongside your team to hit goals and stay across seasonal offerings

Who We're Looking For
You're someone who lights up around people, notices the details others miss, and brings energy to every shift.

- Retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Learns new product knowledge fast and enjoys it
- Explicit communicator who thrives in a team
- Food handling knowledge and RSA a bonus
