Be part of a high-impact, client-side Project Controls Team that is working on a nationally significant Defence project in Adelaide. This team plays a critical role in shaping strategic delivery outcomes across a transformative portfolio. As part of the Project Controls team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving excellence in program assurance and change control.

We’re looking for a energetic and experienced Program/Project Change Controller/Manager to take ownership of the change control within the Project or Program Area.

In this role, you will:

- Manage change control to the relevant Project or Program, including tracking, reporting and analysis of variations and emerging trends.
- Work within the newly established Change Control Team as part of the wider Project Controls Function, assisting in embedding newly formed Change processes and procedures




- Provide strategic insights to the client by identifying key risks, opportunities and impacts arising from change activity.
- Coordinate integrated baseline management exercises throughout the program lifecycle.
- Be part of a high-performing team who are assessing all program change/variation requests, ensuring timely and robust impact assessments across cost, schedule and risk are completed by the relevant project teams.
- Develop internal capability through training, coaching and recruitment of subject matter experts.
- Collaborate closely with Project Control Leads, Cost Controllers, Planners, Project Directors, Sponsors, Commercial and Finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Support the delivery of programme controls maturity and efficiency improvements.
