For the right person, there will also be an prospect to assist with sales overflow by responding to warm enquiries, preparing straightforward proposals and helping prospective customers move towards the right solution.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Explaining suitable products and system options

- Following up warm leads and existing proposals

- Coordinating more complex opportunities with our sales and technical teams

About you

You will be well suited to this position if you:

- Communicate clearly and confidently by phone and email

- Are patient and helpful when customers are frustrated or unsure how to describe a problem

- Have strong organisation, scheduling and follow-through skills

- Work well independently and as part of a small team

Experience in customer service, service coordination, trades administration, technical support, sales, electrical, solar or a similar industry would be highly regarded.

However, technical curiosity, sound judgement and a willingness to learn are more important than already knowing every product.
