TRS Resourcing is seeking experienced, trade-qualified Boilermakers/Fabricators for a long-term day-shift workshop opportunity in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

This position will suit skilled tradespeople with strong MIG and TIG welding experience who take pride in producing accurate, high-quality fabrication work in a professional and safety-focused environment.

The initial assignment is expected to run for at least 26 weeks and may transition to permanent full-time employment for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricating and assembling metal components
- MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting engineering and workshop drawings
- Completing accurate, high-quality fabrication work
- Working independently and as part of a fabrication team
- Maintaining workshop safety, quality and housekeeping standards

What You’ll Need





- Australian-recognised trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication
- Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
- Experience in workshop-based fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Full working rights in Australia
- Currently based in Melbourne, Victoria
- Contactable references from previous employers
