About the role

We are looking for a confident and personable Casual or Part Time Sales Assistant who genuinely loves connecting with customers and making a difference through great service.

You don't need lingerie experience. We are more interested in someone who knows how to sell, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in creating a memorable customer experience.

You'll work alongside a small team in a fun, supportive boutique environment, assisting customers with fittings, styling and product selection while also supporting the day-to-day running of the store.

There is also an opportunity for additional hours and potentially paid work supporting the business with social media and marketing for the right person.

What you will do

* Deliver warm, personalised customer service and build lasting relationships
* Provide professional bra fittings and confidently assist customers with product selection
* Use your sales skills to understand customer needs and recommend the right products
* Maintain stock levels, replenish sizes and keep the boutique beautifully presented
* Assist with stock coding, merchandising and general store operations
* Support the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience




* Contribute to social media and marketing activities if this is an area of interest
* Work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team

What you will bring

* Previous retail sales experience, ideally within premium retail, jewellery, beauty or luxury
* A genuine love of selling and connecting with customers
* Confidence and sensitivity when working with customers around personal fittings
* A warm, empathetic personality and the ability to make customers feel comfortable
* Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
* Confidence working independently while also enjoying being part of a small team
* A genuine interest in building a long-term role rather than a short-term retail position
* Comfortable learning and providing professional bra fittings
* Social media or marketing experience would be a bonus
