The Role

- Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
- Build robust relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and compliance
- Coordinate leasing and day-to-day property management
- Provide exceptional service to clients

About You
- Property management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- Confident working independently while being part of a team
